i wish he was being tongue in cheek but he was dead serious.
this has been almost addressed several times here but had yet to make it.
karaoke.
it happens twice a week at the haunt and it generally consists of the same four or five people singing the same four or five songs... week after week.
its not so bad with an ipod in your ears, but on occasion the world manages to intrude.
and i always seem to notice that there is always at least one person, tonight a guy, who takes themselves way too seriously and acts like its as important as the not-important-at-all television show that is american idol .
you can tell that for them, its their time to shine.
and for the most part what they are doing isnt shining but something different that begins with an "s".
